The rest of the prep is pretty straight forward!
I measured out my yogurt and put it in containers for my Monday afternoon snack and Wednesday morning snack. I topped each one with a handful of blueberries (1/4 cup) and labeled them to make them easier to keep track of.

Then I prepped my celery. Also super straight forward. It seems silly to post it, but I cut it all up and divided it up into ziplock baggies and labeled them for Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon, and Friday morning. I will grab my container of hummus Monday morning to bring to work and measure out 2 tablespoons of to eat with each baggie of celery.
Finally, I prepped my apples and almonds. Also seems silly to post here. But, I took pictures of each step. So here you go. 1/4 cup almonds each ziplock with a medium size apple. Then, I labeled them for Tuesday morning, Thursday morning, and Friday afternoon.
All done! Yay!
